I bought a steamboy floor cleaner and absolutely love how it cleans my floors. Shipping could have been quicker. I ordered online on a Friday and didn't receive it until a week and a half later. Overall a great experience and would shop here again.

Have owned the Vapor 2000 product for around 6 - 9 months, and am Very pleased with the fact of how it cleans and sanitizes. Am a single male, and for the most part I do not like cleaning. This product makes it much easier, and a little more enjoyable to clean.

Have loaned this out to 4 different people, and they all loved the ability to clean with it, especially tile grout and floors in general.

Was saddened to visit their website today looking for extra detail brushes only to find out that all of the products (including the Vapor 2000) are no longer being sold because of some disputes with their supplier over concerns that others here have experienced (lack of good manual, warranty support, etc). Did not have any problems at all as they were all very responsive and friendly, and not looking to sell you their most expensive item, only what you need.

It is extremely easy to use with a little common sense (doesn't require much) and should help those awful cleaning chores quite abit, plus make the house sparkle!

I absolutely agree with the previous reviewer (klausm): THIS IS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong: starting from the initial order, delay of over 2 months before delivery of a WRONG item, delays in return/refund process. Finally, I gave up the purchase, because I think that these people are not capable of selling and supporting a $600 product.
