I ordered a phone on March 30, 2009. It is now May 16th. I have heard nothing about my order since the original confirmation email on March 30th. I emailed them last week, but have heard nothing back. I would not recommend this site.

This company has horrible customer service. I received the item late (they promised that item would be delivered on a specific date that I need), and when I tried to return, they refused to pay return shipping on their mistake. I returned and dispute credit card charge 2009 September and got refund from my credit card company. Now I received a letter from a collection agency that 101Phones.com used to collect the money. Unbelievable!!!!!!  I sent a letter to the collection agency explaining my full story. I wonder how this goes. Horrible company to avoid!!!!

Terrible Experience! I ordered a phone but they shipped the wrong one. Called them, they said they never had the phone I ordered, in their catalog! When I opened it, it had brown tape down the side and the top flap was torn off. Return policy states "no Tape or tears"! But they shipped it that way! Took too long for credit to my credit card, and, including the shipping charge they deducted (which was suppose to be free), they deducted $12.00 from a $29.99 phone! So, including my return shipping fees, I paid $17.64 to return a phone I didn't order in the first place! Their customer service is horrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

my experience was horrible. They sold me a phone that was discontinued by the manufacturer. I attempted to call them on three seperate occasions and each time I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes and then hung up on!  I sent two emails to the company requesting that someone contact me to resolve my issue. i have yet to get a response to my three month old complaint- none of the handsets that come with the phone operate. that means I only have a base unit to rely on. when I contacted the company that made the phone they informed me that the phone was not covered by any warranty from them since it has been discontinued for some time. At this point, my only recourse appears to be the consumer fraud division of the Sate Attorney General's Office. Delivery was quick but the product was not cheap and didn't function as advertised.

I purchased a Jacob Jensen phone from 101Phones. It was defective (caller-id, phone setup, off-hook dial did not work), so I returned it for an exchange. making it clear I wanted one in working order. I spent $14 shipping the defective phone back to 101Phones, only to have the same exact defective Jacob Jensen phone returned to me. Although the sales representative insisted it was a new one, it was partially assembled (like the one I returned) and the dogeared as I remembered it. It was also defective in exactly the same way. I am sure they were out of stock or something and hoped for the best.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SWINDLERS!!!!!
