I had a problem with a small part on the machine. I called customer service and they told me I would have to send it back. It was a small part that I just wanted to replace which I could swap out myself. I didn't like her answer because she wasn't really listening to what my problem was and insisted it must be a return with an authorization. I called straight to the manufacturer and they were able to sort it out for me without having to send the entire unit back for a small plastic piece. It just seemed like a waste of money to send it back for it and I was right. The manufacturer told me it was not really needed but explained how I could replace it if needed.

I had a small problem with my credit card and had to call, was very easy to talk to someone and they were very helpful. The price was very good, I'm retired from the Navy and do most of my shopping with the Navy Exchange, but for this purchase this merchant beat the navy exchange's price.

I purchased a wine cooler the other day and it came just as planned. The packaging was a little damaged, I think it sprinkled or rain or something but one can't be too picky I guess...especially if it did nothing to the actual unit. Enjoying my glass right now. No problems here. Thanks!

I ordered an evaporative cooler from www.air-n-water.com.  I was going to use expedited delivery (I needed it ASAP), but I didn't have to - shipping was so fast! My NewAir evaporative cooler works great, no problems at all.

Bought a ADS-500 from this place. It shipped it quicker than i expected. The product didn't come with a manual but when i asked the friendly phone operator pointed me to their site which had the manual on there. All in all a pretty good experience.

We just built a new home with a detached pool house. My wife suggested we get a portable ice maker for the pool house to use during barbecues and summer pool parties. It's reassuring to know the company is close by to answer any concerns. Additionally, the option of being able to go to someone if any problems came up sealed the deal.
