The replacement filter was slightly less than the catalogue from which the original product was ordered. The delivery of the replacement filters was fast, and the product is exactly the same.

The Biozone D 1000 was on back order but nobody ever told me that . After 3 weeks waiting for a promised tracking number i contacted the seller by email and got two days later a tracking number and the information about the back order . Just one day later they showed up here , I guess they been already shiped when i sent my email . Other than this everything went smooth and i got my two Biozone without a scratch .

There was a problem, the manufacture didn't recieve the shipping order. I called and the customer service rep was ready to make things right as soon as she discovered the error. I will recomended this site to my friends.

i selected this product because the price seemed in line and it was the EDITORS choice. i tried to find spare parts costs but had to work an alternate. it would have been nicer to see parts at the same time as the prtoduct. i still have not found pricing on the fragrance replacements.
