I had bought a austin healthmate filter a few years ago& had been happy with it & the treatment I received at that time,but when I contacted them today to ask a simple question about a replacement filter, I got grilled about if I was a customer of theirs,I think there was a 20 min live chat with me giving everything  but my social security # ,not once did they answer anything or give any info on the filter or apologize ,I was treated very badly,it was to date the weirdest & rudest exchange I have had with a company,I will never buy anything from them again,I think people get less interrogated from the FBI then I got from the allergy buyers club 

 I would not shop here again
