I've had a hoover floor mate on order from this company since April, no updates on status except forthe two times I emailed. I don't mind waiting for a product if it is what I want; however, I expect updates and follow up. The normal customer service you would expect from a business that wants to stay in business during times like today.

I ordered an item from this business on April 13 and it was immediately posted onto my credit card. Approximately 10 days later with still no contact from the company reference my order or any correspondence, I called on the phone and was on hold for quite a while. A female advised me rather quickly that my order was to be shipped on Thursday and I would be sent a tracking number. I did not receive any notice from them and called back on Friday to be told the item was not in stock and would not be sent for at least another week (to their facility) and an additional 5-7 days before I would receive it. I cancelled the order and will be disputing the credit card charges if it is not removed promptly. I would not waste my time with this place...

I ordered a controller for my Roomba online with overnight shipping on a Wednesday. I had not receive the unit the following Moday and called their customer service. I was told the unit had been picked up by UPS - after contacting UPS they said there was no pickup. I called every day for a week - for the last few days, there has been no answer. I believe that this place has gone out of business. BEWARE - IF YOU ORDER, CALL THEM FIRST TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Very unsatisfing experience. The pillows that I ordered for the kids were huge! (they were standart size but they were SO thick, definitly not good for kids!) One pillow was in a plactic bag with no seal, the other one weren't even in the bag!
One of the zipper on the matress encasing didn't work. So, 3 out of 4 items that I ordered I cannot use. The customer service was simple - we don't accept bedding, bye-bye. |

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. This company charged my credit card immediately and sent me no information regarding my order. They did respond to my email to say that it would ship in a day or two. Today I finally got them on the phone after 25 minutes of being on hold and they said that the product was going to ship today. If it doesn't and if I don't receive the product this week, I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Although the products are good and reasonable, I would stay away from this company. No credit card should be charged until the product is shipping. I purchase online all the time and this is the first time I feel like I made a bad decision.

Although this store's prices are the lowest, their customer service is terrible. I ordered 2 air filters and needed them very quickly. After not receiving a tracking order for 2 days, I emailed customer service who told me the items were backordered and not expected to be in for 2 weeks. They rudely said I had gotten an email notifying me of this after I placed the order, which was not true. After the backorder date had passed, and I still had no update, I called customer service, and their primary number did not work, and their secondary number gave the name of a company that was not Allergy Be Gone (something to the effect of Today Concepts, Tomorrow Success). I finally reached them on the phone, and the items were not expected to be in stock for another 4 months! I'm waiting on a refund, but wouldn't be surprised if I have to make a follow up contact in regards to that as well.

Beware of this vendor. They will charge your card and then not ship anything. When you call they will make a string of excuses for not sending the product. I purchased a Hoover F5914 SteamVac from them which they said should ship in 5-6 days. After more than 3 weeks they have still sent nothing. In various calls to them they first said they had damaged inventory in the warehouse, then shipping problems, then backorders on the item, etc, etc. You get the picture. I finally cancelled my order and got it promptly from Amazon.

This merchant is ridiculous. I do not know how they stay open as a business. I ordered a humidifier from them back in September, which ended up being on backorder (even though it said in stock on their website). I cancelled my order and purchased the same humidifier from a different website (which shipped out the same day I ordered). I am STILL waiting for a refund for my cancelled order. No one in customer service knows what the heck they are doing, and now it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I don't want to waste anymore time with these people, but I want my refund!! Do not ldo business with them!!!!

I placed an order consisting of five items. I was told by Allergy Be Gone that all five items had been shipped, and WAS CHARGED FOR ALL FIVE ITEMS AND FOR THE SHIPPING THEREOF. I just learned that the person who received this gift only received ONE of the items I ordered. I do not trust this vendor.

I ordered a humidifier package on the 12th of November. My credit card was charged withing 24 hours. Several weeks went by with nothing heard. I e-mailed probably 10 times with no response. Finally I contacted one of the honor associations advertised on their sight. After filing this complaint I finally received an e-mail telling me that their e-mail had been down and that the product was not available. Today is 12-10 and although I have been promised a refund I still have not received a refund after three phone calls. Very poor customer service verging upon scamming people. Credit Cards are not supposed to be charged until products are shipped yet my card was charged with no intent on shipping a product. A terrible, terrible way to treat a customer. This company had a willing customer in need of their products yet they never once offered an alternative to the product I tried to purchase.

Beware!
They charge your card and then wait over a week to ship your products, even though when you order them they are "in stock". Then it is shipped ground (another week) so do not expect to get anything from this place anytime soon. After waiting a week with no response, I call to tell them to just cancel the order and miraculously, "it shipped an hour ago" yet I was never sent an email it shipped until the following day (it actually shipped the day after). Rude customer service from what sounds like overseas. I will never buy from here again. Total Scam! |

I needed filters for my air purifier. Allergy Be Gone listed the model needed as in stock and at a good price. I used Paypal to pay. They email a tracking number a few days later that showed a package was sent from NY to NJ. It has been over a month now, and tracking number shows it still in NJ ... You can draw your own conclusion. I am glad I can make a claim against them with Paypal to try and get my money back. Do yourself a favor - AVOID Allergy Be Gone.

I ordered several air purifiers, in different models. As soon as they received the order, charged the total payment to my credit card. One week later, they announced the shipment, but I only received 30% of the items that I had ordered (and paid). After several emails (that they did never answered) explained that they were waiting for a factory shipment to send my purifiers. When I tried to get a shipment date, they answered by email that had been closed for the holiday (that already had passed). It seems that nobody reads the messages, and the customer does not deserve respect. They use to show as "in stock" any product, it is not uimprtant if is or not true; it matters to get the customer's payment. In my case they had played with my money during four weeks. If you are going to spend more than 100 bucks, buy at your own risk!
