THE MERCHANT SHOULD STATE CLEARLY WHAT THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS. I NEEDED TO E-MAIL THEM THROUGH ' CONTACT US' TAB TO FIND THAT THE WARRANTY WAS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WAS STATED. ( 30 DAYS IS WHAT I ASSUMED- BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY ONE YEAR.)

Unfortunately the battery I purchased was wrong and may have blown out my UPS. In reviewing the website, I did find the correct battery. But my first search led me to a battery that I assumed was correct but actually had the leads reversed. I am attempting to return the battery. If they handle the return well, I would do business with them again.

The battery I ordred for my Mac 17" PowerBook was the wrong one that was shipped. They said I ordered the Mac 17" PowerBook Pro which is a larger battery. I called them and they said they would ship me out the correct battery when they received this battery back. Not only did this process now take 3 weeks (hopefully no longer) but the correct battery is $5 more and I had to pay for the return shipping and the cost to reship which on the original order was FREE and it will still be shipped the same way by ground. The battery cost me $104 with the free shipping now my total cost is $104 plus $5 more for this battery and $9.50 to shipit back and $9 to return the new battery for a grand total of $128.50 much more then if I just purchased it at the Aple Store.

It was simple and easy to order everything was laid out for me just point and click and everything had a picture to show me what exactly what I wanted to order and how much it was and each step told you what to do next so I would'nt get confused or skip a step. I ordered my battery on the internet and relized that it was not what I wanted so I imediately called the company and I spoke to someone and said I want my order canceled. She informed me that the order will be canceled. A few days later I found my charge card was charged by your company for the battery. I again called your company and was informed that the battery was shipped out. I wastold that I could send the battery back. I was also informed that there would be a charge for shipping the item back to you which would leave me with only about seven dollars. I think that it is wrong to ship a item after the order was canceled. Ihave the item but never opened it
