I have been buying from B&H photo since the mid 1990's, it is always the first place I start when looking for audio/video equipment and supplies in order to get a good price comparison or to purchase directly from B&H. A great first time ordering experience. When spending $1,400 on a Canon L series lens, I was a little apprehensive, but read many very good reviews (only a few negative ones) and talked with a pro friend who uses them regularly. The website was easy to use for both research and for purchasing, the price was at least $300 less than I would have had to pay locally, and the shipping was free. I did spend $33 on Next Day Air, knowing that I would not get it on Saturday, but I didn't want this lens bouncing around in a UPS truck for a few days.  I ordered late on Thursday evening, received a confirmation call on Friday morning, and Monday morning UPS was ringing my doorbell. What more could I ask for? Some have complained in reviews about the order confirmation process, but I appreciated the follow through. Just good business!
Would I recommend B & H to a friend? Yes. Will I order again? Yes.
