I was so stoked when I found balmworks.com, since they have great prices on their products. However, I have to agree with other posts here that this company has extremely slow order processing. I'm going on 6 days with my order not yet being shipped. I have never experienced such a thing. I'd rather pay a little extra and get my items in a timely manner.

Everything arrived just as ordered. I was worried about a solid lotion bar melting in the extreme recent heat, but it arrived solid. The order status page does not seem to update very often - my order arrived the same day it was listed as shipped - but it was still at my door 7 days after I placed the order (regular mail).

I needed several Badger SPF30 sunblock ASAP as we were leaving for Asia. I communicated with David, customer representative, who answered all my questions promptly--same day when my e-mail went out during office hours and next day when my email went out after office hours. I asked David to keep an eye on my order.

I placed the order for 8 sunblocks on Oct. 25. I received notification of shipment on Oct. 27 and got the products on 10/29 via USPS priority mail, FREE.

BalmWorks has the lowest price Badger SPF 30 online - $10.49 and free shipping for orders $75 and more. If the sunblock works very well for my family, I would place all my future orders with BalmWorks.

Products arrived later than expected....It took longer to process and ship the order than I has imagined it would. One item was a gift and it was not delivered on time..so I must mail it now!!

I had great experiences with BalmWork.com last year. However, the last two purchases were really bad ones. I got the items of Order #30584802 with two products marked as backorder, and then I left for other country expecting I will see the left when I get home one month later, which is just a myth. I wrote an email to the customer service, got the reply very quickly, and then nothing happened so far. I tried to be patient, and then made another purchase (order #32074428) about two weeks ago with a message as mentioned above, and there is STILL NOTHING happening so far. I don't feel I am a valued customer at all. I will let my friends know what I've experienced and reconsider if making purchases with you in the future.

Beacause the order page states that orders are normally shipped in 3 days,it was frustrating to continue to track the order and see it "being processed" for 9 days. When I tracked the package the next 2 days,it was "received but not yet scanned into mail system",next thing I know the package is in my mail box.

The product I wanted to order kept saying due in. So I e-mailed and got a immediate reply. The product will not be in stock anymore so suggested the Herbalean. Just started. Have noticed I eat less, get full and don't need more! No weight loss but only been taking 3 days.

They charged my card for the payment, but their warehouse never received the order. I emailed them and was quickly taken care of. The cust. service person who responded to my email was extremely nice. Items arrived within a week of my emailing them. :)
