Barcode Giant

Abosolute horrible customer service.  Received an item DOA and have been trying for a couple months to return it with no feedback or acknowledgement from the company.  This is the worst transaction I have ever been involved with in my many years of being in business.  Watch out for this company!

Overall good...published shipping charges were wrong and it cost a lot more. They tried to contact me, but it was after 5 on a Friday, and since I checked 2nd Day, they erred on the side that I needed it 2nd day and shipped. When I called back on Monday, they adjusted the shipping charge slightly since the error was on thier website.

I like purchasing from them because you don't have to go through an act of congress to place your order. I simply add to my shopping cart then enter billing and shipping information to order. Most other places make you register an account with userid and password and your ten closest relatives birthdays. Barcode Giant doesn't put you through that crap!

I bought a zebra z4m printer from the barcode giant along with an extra printhead. Later the same day one of their customer service guys called me to ask if I had bought the print head on purpose, as the one I bought was not the right one for the zebra printer I bought. He corrected it for me and I still got my order at the expected shipping date. This was great service and without it I really could have been in a jam. Great service Bar Code Giant!

I was able to quickly find the printer I needed on Barcode Giant's web site, and the actual purchase was one of the easiest I've made online. I thought it was going to be a long night at the office, but I was able get this problem resolved and look forward to my weekend. Thanks.

I recently bought a Metrologic scanner from this store. I was very pleased with the way the Barcode Giant store was set up, which made the products easy to find. The prices were lower than other stores I looked at online, at least for the item I bought. Right away I got an e-mail confirmation and the next morning I got my UPS tracking number. Very handy!

Ordered this scanner from them three weeks ago. Supposed to get free two-day shipping. What they neglected to tell me is that they couldn't get the product and that it would ship two days from the time they could get it. Words cannot describe how angry I am. It took an act of congress to cancel the order so I could place with a different company.
