Great prices,user friendly site,plus reasonable and fast shipping make it a pleasure to shop at Bare Necessities. Products always arrive on time and beautifully packaged. It's also comforting to know that if things don't fit that BN issues a refund or exchange in a timely fashion. The only thing I wish they'd include on their site is the rise on their panties and shapewear. People of all heights could benefit from this information. It would enable us to know whether the underwear would pull up to our boobs or sit too low on the hips. For myself, I try and find a site that does give that information...but then I usually come back and purchase from BN. It would be nice if I could omit that second step.

Bare Necessities web site is attractive, easy to use and contains a wide variety of men's underwear and socks.  The items arrived in a satisfactory amount of time.  They were packed with sticker sealed tissue, an attempt to class up the order.

However, they delivered my $100+ order with instructions to UPS to drop at the front door without a signature.  I live in an urban area where leaving things outside on the front step is not a safe idea.  I was lucky that my neighbor came home shortly after UPS was here, so I got my order.  Their web site didn't make this delivery practice clear, if it was stated at all.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company unless you live in Ward and June Cleaver's neighborhood and there is no danger that someone will walk off with your expensive undies.

I had to send all 4 bras back, but not because of damage or anything to do with the merchant. They were not the right size. However, this merchant made returning/exchanging the bras very easy. I am still waiting for my replacements.
