I searched a number of sites trying to find a 5 tier metal shelf, all without success. I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Bathroom Furniture Direct. Although meant for towel storage, I have found this type shelf the perfect place to keep my orchids through the winter. It is sturdy, and quite attractive as well.

Ordered white toilet seats - received black seats - was told that I had to select color - I selected white yet black came out in the order. Also only white seat shown. When contacting customer service was told to pay restocking fee and shipping as "I supposedly made the selection of black seats (I don't have black toilets!)." I responded and the same message without acknowledging my first request was sent to me. Plain ignorant.

Navigating the website to get the desired products wasn't always straight forward, so while the selection was good getting to collections wasn't. But overall shopping experience was relatively easy and quick.

Although I like the convenience of online shopping, I'm always a bit leery of buying from a new company. However, my experience with Bathroom Furniture Direct was very positive. If I had to do the transaction over, I would buy the return option.
