Website was easy to navigate, merchandise exceeded expectations and delivery was speedy.

They did not ship my items, it has been well over the time stated.  Their customer service goes to a voice mail, even their e-mail says it is overloaded and will not accept any new e-mails.  I believe they never had the merchandise and instead make a profit by "floating" money - since the full payment is charged at the time of placing the order.  I have to find out who the correct regulatory agency is, but I will definitely follow up on this.  I would NOT recommend this company.

I waited over 6 weeks for this product which was supposed to be shipped in 1 to 2 weeks I made several phone caLLS and left messsages and also sent several e-mails and got no response as to whether this was on backorder or when I could expect this They charged my credit card the day it was ordered and it wasn't until I reported it TO my credit company did I get any action. VERY POOR CUST0MER SERVICE

I ordered 2 sets of the same curtains just two different colors and rods for both. One set of the curtains the color was darker and not what we expected. The rods are very flimsy and bent. The material for the curtains seemed to be a good quality the color is not what it appeared. I called 2 days after ordering and was told it maybe to late to change they would notify me by email. I am not happy with my purchase and would like a  exchange or a refund or I will not be using or recommending your web site.

I have tried for a month to get in contact with this place, no reply to phone calls, or e-mail. sent curtains back because they were two different colors, have not received a credit yet, cannot talk to anyone regarding this problem. would NEVER buy anything from there again. I have difficulty finding the stall shower size curtain. This company had it, gave me a choice of colors, and the price was more than reasonable.

BedBathStore.com had exactly what I was looking for an extra long shower curtain and a full length bath tub mat. When I couldn't find what I need in a local store I finally found those things at BedBathStore and for a price that was reasonable even with shipping. I'll definitely shop BedBathStore.com again for my next bathroom decor need.

I thought the website was easy to manage. I actually mis-measured and had to buy more. The only complaint was that, while there was a close up picture of the material, it didn't really show what the fabric was going to look like. It just looks like an off white square on the website.

I love my kitchen curtains. I knew what I wanted but couldn't find them locally. I have yet to put up my living room curtains as we plan to paint the room first. You had an excellent selection of curtains.

WOULD NEVER AGAIN USE THIS SERVICE. IT TOOK 8 WEEKS TO DELIVER A PRODUCT THEY SAID WOULD ONLY TAKE 3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER. EACH TIME I EMAILED I GOT NO RESPONSE. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES ON THEIR VOICE MAIL. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM. NOT AN EMAIL OR ANYTHING. I FINALLY SENT ABOUT 15 EMAILS ALL IN A ROW AND SOME OF THE PRODUCTS CAME IN BUT HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK, WITH NO NOTICE FOR THE REST. THE TOILET SEATS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SOLID OAK. THEY ARE PARTICLES OF PRESSED WOOD AND GLUE WITH A VENEER FINISH. MY NEXT STEP IS TO REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR NOT ONLY FALSE ADVERTISING BUT ALSO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED DURING THIS TRANSACTION. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS......
