I've been wandering the stores for months trying to find an acceptable and reasonably priced floor lamp. I found Bellacor by accident on line one day. Not only did they have an unbelievable selection, the prices were below what I've found in the stores (Philadelphia PA area) and I didn't have to schlep the huge box from the store to my car, from the car to my house, into the patio and into the front door. It was sitting waiting for me when I arrived home from work! (big smile) I will definetely be ordering again from this site. The floor lamp is exactly what I'd been searching for and it looks great and works perfectly. Excellent selection, price, delivery. Color me HAPPY!

The website's ordering process was easy. The delivery was unbelievably fast(2 days). The packaging was excellent. The prices were good. What more could a person want? Perhaps a larger selection of Crystal World crystal! I will shop at Bellacor again.

I really like the window boxes. But, I'm having trouble getting liners for the inside. The boxes are alittle shorter than I anticipated, but I'll deal with it. All in all, I am glad that I was able to find them. Thank you

After a thorough search of the website, over several visits, I selected and paid for a light fixture for my bathroom, which is being renovated. Over a week later I received an email informing me that the fixture is back-ordered, with a predicted delivery of over two months. It shouldn't take THAT long to let me know it is going to take THAT long. Very disappointing. I either have to start over with the search at another site, or have a dark bathroom for two months.

Bellacor is fine, but the tray was terrible - Wilton had changed the formula and what used to be a sturdy product is now cheap and tinny. I returned it for a refund and wrote to Wilton to complain. Wilton has not responded.

Bellacor had the best prices and selection and the website was easy to use. Although there was no shipment tracking available, the items did arrive within the 10 business days indicated on the invoice.

I ordered the lights through this vendor because it appeared they had them in stock while other vendors were out of stock and could not supply the lights until 7/10/09. After placing the order I received an email almost 4 days later telling me they could not delived until after 7/10/09. While other vendors at least alerted buyers up front of the back order, it was a little misleading that this vendor had them since they did not say up front they were on back order until after the purchase was made. While I have not cancelled the order, I may still do that.

Fed-X contacted me and told me that they could not find my house so they delivered the next day after I told them where it was at. I purchased a kitchen clock with the neon light. In the description colume the clock stated that it was quartz, but it did not mention that you need to plug in a cord to get the neon light in the clock to work ~ WOW! I could have bought a clock that just plugged in instead of having both a cord and a battery to operate the light and the clock. More information would have been nice when it comes to a power source for a clock. Sincerely, Ed Farber
