Additionally, I received an apologetic email stating that the order was back-ordered and when I called to get an ETA an actual person answered! Although it was estimated my trailer would not be shipped for 3-4 weeks, I received it within a week. The customer service rep was cheerful and helpful, the trailer was a snap to put together, and the overall experience was great - Will definitely use and recommend BicycleTrailers.com in the future!

We love the stroller/trailer, it fits our needs very well better than even more expensive products, yet I don't think we would have selected it without the site's editorial review and feedback from other purchasers (it DOES steer like a hovercraft). The final factor was the return shipping insurance and return policy--I felt safe knowing that an upfront $5 investment I could be sure that if we didn't like it we could return it easily and without additional cost.
