Great prices for quality merchandise. Very carefully packaged in nice paper. Makes you feel special. But don't "try" out the discount codes they give you unless you are sure you want to purchase with them. You can only type it in once, and then it registers invalid even if you haven't used it to make a purchase with.

I generally like shopping at Bluefly, though after I made my purchase, they notified me about a sale where I could have saved another 10%. This can happen with any retailer, though. I do like the merchandise, though, and the customer service is excellent. This is what would make me shop at Bluefly more often: -free shipping on returns for Canadians too (a return could cost me more than $30. If I need to return something, I'll have spent $60 on shipping to and fro, and have no merchandise in my hand.) -better selection of blouses. They don't have many classic shirts. Other than that though, their service is excellent and their prices are good. Thanks, Cristina

I think the charges bluefly levies even on return is too much, they dont offer exchanges. so for paying for shipping back and forth for purchages and returns makes it almost not want to buy from bluefly.

Bluefly can still be on the expensive side. I have found some items on Bluefly that were in Marshalls, and on Bluefly items that stay around for say a year - DO NOT get marked down anymore than a recent item - I know I watch several garments to see if they will ever go down.

After I placed my order, I received two emails advising that an inventory error had occurred and that the two items I ordered were unavailable. Within two days, one of the items that I ordered was delivered. A bit confusing but I am pleased that part of my order was available.
