I ordered a Xmas gift and it promised to leave the warehouse in 6-8 full business days...........after the 9th business day I called after waiting 45 minutes on hold and they told me this item leaves the warehouse in 8-11 business days.......Then why did I get an email from you saying 6-8? .......She had no answer, then promised me I will definitely get this before Xmas!!.....How? The best shipping they offer is standard ground 3-5 days...........I spoke to this person on Wed. the 20th...........She even tells me the Post Office will deliver around package on Xmas Day.........WRONG!!!.....I cancelled the order and will send a letter to the CEO /President of this company and tell him my experience and why he lost a customer

Plenty of customer oriented vendors out there, use them instead of MVP.

Ordered a portable carport, was told it was back-ordered a few days later, I cancelled my order and a month later have yet to see a repeatedly promised credit. Absolutely would not advise business with them. You would think someone in management would hear of these posts and try to fix things. Gives on-line shopping a bad name.

NEVER EVER EVER buy from this online site. My husband's christmas gift has been shipped to the wrong address. When I called the customer service (HA! That's a joke!) line, the shortest wait time for an agent was 20 min.I actually held for almost an hour(on speakerphone). After finally getting someone, who had no help to offer, and asking for a supervisor, the wait time on that was another 20 mins. She assured me that she would solve the problem and call me back. Needless to say, no call came. This was the WORST online experience ever. I have NO idea how I'll get my money back.

The item never came. Just delays and more delays. Eventually I had to get American Express to dispute the charges, so that I could get my money back.

I placed an order for socks, which were in stock, yet it is now 24 days since my $69.90 order for running socks and six emails back and forth later (no apologies either!) and I still have not received my order. The money has been deducted from my account. MVP.com assures me they have sent the socks (just like they assured me the items were in stock). I will never order from this company again. Had I not notified them that I didn't received the socks I don't think anybody would have a clue. They don't seem to care about the customer one way or the other, because once I brought it to their attention they made no effort to move the order along. There normal shipping period is 3 - 8 business days.

I contacted MVP.com to order a gift. In order to ensure that the item was in stock, I called their 800 #, after reviewing the item on the web site. The order taker told me that the product "was definitely in stock" and would be shipped the next day.
