ordered our baby dresser from CSN baby only to find out AFTER we completed our order that the item was on backorder with no estimated date that it'll be stocked. So we called and asked to have our order changed. It took a couple days, but we managed to do it. Then delivery - first of all, you have to schedule an appointment for the delivery guy to drop it off. So we did. A 4 hour time frame. Not to mention, my husband had to take off work because the trucking company cannot deliver the furniture into our house without "help" from us. 1.5 hours AFTER our scheduled time frame, we finally get it. Now we understasnd the trucking company is not CSN baby, but they need to take responsibility for the trucking company that they are doing business with. Overall not a very satisfying experience and we'd only buy from CSNbaby again if we absolutely had to.

great selection of products, good prices, great customer service. for the negative however, stock-keeping needs some work: for half of the items i bought, there were repeated delays & backorders; one item was confirmed to be shipped, then it turned out was discontinued, then the alternative colour was backordered 1.5months. i bought these all online, perhaps it's more reliable to call in an order.
order tracking has been half-and-half as well: for one item, i received the shipment before the email notification that it had been shipped, although i wouldn't call that a problem it does reflect the accuracy of tracking notification! for another backordered item there was a confusing situation where i was emailed that it was backordered again & could cancel, and then they emailed again a few hours later saying that the item had been shipped. i had to call in to sort out which email was right. for all the other items however, tracking of order progress and shipping, along with delivery dates, was reliable.
i would shop again at this merchant, but next time i will be calling in my order, and only buying if i can get absolute confirmation that the item is in stock & ready to be shipped. i don't mind waiting for a product, but i want to decide if i can before i pay. i found customer service over the phone to be excellent.

Very disgusted with customer service. They say they will beat the price if you see it cheaper online, however when I emailed them about a product i seen cheaper they never returned my email and when I called I was repeatedly put on hold or disconnected. I never have received an answer. Would not do bussiness with this company even if the product were cheaper, I have great doubts about their return policy after the experience with the price match policy. I would rather pay a little more for a product if I know it comes with good customer service. This company should be held accountable for the price match claims made!!!!!

Very disappointed. They charge your credit card even if the item purchased is not in stock and they have no idea when it will be available. I've been waiting for a booster seat for 3 months, they kept changing availability date from Jan 19-Feb 23-March 20.

I had a lot of problems with the check out area as I had previously signed up for emails from CSN Baby and it recognised my email address but wouldn't let me process my order until I did a lot of signing in and out, changing passwords etc. I must have entered my credit card details 4 or 5 times before my order was accepted due to this - very frustrating and made me nervous about security/being over charged. I have not yet recieved the high chair, although the cushion for it has arrived. I got an email the day after ordering to say that they had shipped. The order tracking on the website indicated that both the cushion and high chair were shipped together, but only the cushion arrived. I emailed and finally called and eventually found out that there was a delay with the high chair. I can now expect it to arrive about 6 weeks after ordering a "fast shipping" product, but my confidence level is low.

Before I order the product I called customer service to ask if the chaging pad came with the table he said that it did.
When the table came there was no pad, I called back and the customer service said that the pad did not come with table.
Also when I put the table together the pre-holes on the pieces were only done for one side. They forgot to do them for the other side, so it was a pain to get the drill and try to match the holes up. So I feel it was more of a hassle getting the product from you company.

Although CSN shipped me the wrong product, they were pretty good about getting me the correct one with no extra charges or trouble to me. Customer service was very helpful, and the only hold-up that I experienced with our exchange was because of the manufacturer, not CSN.
