Still waiting on 2 other carpets, 1 is late and the other
who knows when we will get that. No one has called us to
let us know where it is or when we can expect it.
Customer service really should do a better job at that,
only complaint. I had to call 3 times to find out why we did not receive it, they said it was on back order, but yet noone has called us. Still don't have it or the 2nd one we ordered that was in stock.

Excellent customer service; it's unfortunate that it takes so long to receive your order and arrived almost a week later than it was supposed to. Had to return 2 rugs because the colors were completely different than the website picture.

We have only recieved half of the order that we made. Our organization has made both e-mail and phone inquieries, and have not heard back. The delivery people delivered the rugs to the Elementary School office, and not to our site on campus. The delivery people have also claimed to have delivered all of the rugs, but the School office has only signed for two of the three boxes. We are still waiting for this issue to be resolved.
We will probably order from them again if they can resolve this issue because the rugs that we got were very good quality, and the price was amazing. However if we need to have the rugs in a specified amount of time, I would go with another more reliable company.

Rug arived with dirty spots on it. Cleaned it myself rather than trying to send it back. CSN insisted someone had to be home to sign for it and since I work (in order to be able to buy rugs) I had to make a trip to Fed Ex. Neiman Marcus will leave a $1000.00 clothing order in my enclosed foyer but CSN would not for a $75.00 rug....

I had looked at other websites where rugs were sold and found the specialty rugs I wanted at a competitive price. I was very pleased with the rugs I ordered. After learning we should protect our Oriental rugs with good felt pads, I found excellent quality pads with needlepunch non-skid on one side from CSN. The delivery was very fast, and the packaging was excellent. The pads are very easy to open, cut, and lay down.
Telephone customer service for extra info prior to the purchase was excellent.

I would shop with them again because the selection was good & the service was great. The ability to enlarge the picture of the products you were interested in allowed you to see more detail in pattern & color. The rugs came wrapped neatly & were exactly as pictured on their website.

Ordering wasn't too bad, but when you tried to click on the photo of the rug, it really just showed you the "rug". It would have been nice to have a photo of the rug in front of a piece of furniture to help with size reference. I ended up purchasing on a leap of faith that the rug would be the right size for the room.

I purchased an area rug that was listed on the website as "available". Once the order was confirmed (and paid for), I tracked the progress every few days. After a few days, the rug was listed as "processing in warehouse". Within a few more days, it stated that the rug shipped. However, when I tracked the order with UPS, it was sent to another address. When I called CSN directly, I was told that they would find out what happened and get back to me within 1-2 days. They never did. I emailed the representative the following week to find out why I was not called, as promised. He emailed me the following day, stating that there was a mixup in shipments. He also informed me that the rug I ordered was discontinued. I was extremely upset that CSN charged me $183.00 for merchandise that was discontinued. They had no problem taking my money (for a pruduct they no longer sold), and holding onto it for three weeks. They never had the decency to inform me when I placed the order that the item was discontinued. It was advertised on the website as "ready to ship". Had there not been a mixup in shipments, I would still be waiting for a shipment that would ultimately never materialize. Very poor inventory management and ditto for the customer service. I did email the sales rep and asked him to refund the amount immediately. However, that was two days ago, and I have not heard from him. I will contact the Better Business Bureau on Friday if I don't get a response from CSN about the refund. If an item is out of stock, CSN should state that on their website, and indicate a ship date. If the item has been discontinued, take it off the website immediately. Retaining satisfied customers is a lot easier than having to find new ones.
