Candy Warehouse

Ordered Lollipops and then Candy sticks. 1/2 of the candy sticks were broken when I received them. I emailed the Candy Warehouse to tell them of my disappointment and got no response from them. I explained to them that I need them to make a candy arrangement for table center pieces at my daughters graduation party, not too mention the money I paid for them. I guess they don't care as I got no response. Don't buy from them unless you want broken candy and a waist of your money.

horrible - overpriced and slow delivery. candy was stale and not fresh. customer service bad. wanted to replace and it was to much of a problem.

I needed a specific candy for Christmas. I thought I had found it at Candy Warehouse. I placed an order, but 2 days later a Candy Warehouse representative called to say that the candy is out-of-stock. I suggested that it would be basic courtesy to update the website to reflect that the candy is out-of-stock before accepting orders for it. The customer service rep was unresponsive to my suggestion and appeared to be in a hurry to get me off of the phone.

Anyway, this was not a "big deal". But it did waste my time as it was now too close to Christmas to order over the Internet. So I had to spend about 2 hours driving around to find this candy.
