I ordered swimwear separates from Carabella and the confirmation page indicated that some items were in stock and the rest would be available to ship in a week. I received two items on time and received no further information about my order until I called and asked when the rest would ship. They said the backorders would be another 2-3 weeks. I waited, then again had to call to find out status. This time it was going to be another 2-3 weeks (by this time that would have been more than halfway thru the summer), so I canceled the order and shipped back the items I had received as the pieces on backorder were to have been coordinating. They received my returns 3 1/2 weeks ago and I had to call customer service today to find out why a credit has not yet been issued to my credit card. They said it takes 4-6 weeks for a refund, but they would initiate a refund inquiry and it would be another 3-4 weeks from now to get the credit. In my opinion, this is a very excessive time frame.

scam, and no customer service. The refund policy is a joke, 3 months and still waiting for a refund, items are of poor quality. Buyer beware!

by far the worst shopping experience i ever had! first i paid the regular shipping fee, plus the quickest shipping charge for 2 outfits. my total aprox. $180 that would be 2 pants, and the 2 coordinating shirts. i received 1 shirt within a few days,
26 days later another shirt, and NEVER the coordinating pants. the quality was horrific. to make matters worse, since i waited 31 days to ship back the 2 incomplete outfits i could only get a store credit which makes me purchase from this store again! and yes there's more.. all that express shipping i paid (for what i never received)they insist cannot be refunded! charging for a service they never fulfilled i find not only unprofessional, but unethical as well. NEVER AGAIN! |

i had ordered a swim suit for my vacation and I had paid the extra to have it delivered 1 to 2 days air an extra 25.00 dollars and i did not receive it in time for my vacation and I had called to cancel the order, very disapointed I really liked that suit.
