Their customer service is very poor.  They do not respond to valid complaints.  I was sent a defective Sony Xperia X1.  They gave me a RMA and then after almost 2 weeks I still have not heard from them.  I am very concerned that I am out $560 and may not get my phone back let alone a replacement for the defective one they sent me.  Do not order from this company, you will be sorry.

Cellswholesale is a very convenient site to shop phones, their sales rep helped me understand the key features I was looking for. I was always hesitant to purchase online, but after I saw the discounted price of the Xperia from cellswholesale, I decided to cross my fingers and give them a try. I called their number and the sales lady was very nice to help me setup up my credit card using google, she even gave me tips so I can secure my info over the internet. I was told it will take 3 days for the phone to be delivered ,but my phone arrived the next day! I guess the lady expedited it for free, knowing im too anxious to have it.. I forgot her name,but thank you for making it very easy for me.

I was absolutely astonded with Cellswholesale.com. The customer service is top notch, i called on three different occasions asking about different phones. I just couldn't decide between a blackberry or an HTC.We weighed all the different options and prices of the different models. I finally settled on the Blackberry Bold, but taking so long to choose i needed the phone fast. I ordered the phone overnight and had the phone two days later. (I was told it would take a day to ship, then come overnight. Spot on.) The phone works great with my service, and it was definitely the best phone for me. I bought my phone (US HTC Touch Diamond) on cyber monday with Cellswholesale.com, and chose the free shipping method. They had free overnight, but i decided to get the 22 dollars off the phone, screen protector, and car charger. I recieved my phone today and i must say I'm impressed. The screen protector fits and everything works perfectly. A lot of places sell a protector you have to trim to your phone.The prices were incredibly cheap and the shipping was right on time. I did not try the customer service, but judging from the company- it would be spot on. I am very happy with my purchase, and i will be returning to cellswholesale for my future phone needs.

Forget Black Friday. I ordered my cellphone overnight the day before Thanksgiving, and I had my phone on Friday!!!!! Forget standing in lines i have my phone now! I bet i even got a better price than most of the saps that woke up early. Awesome website, couldn't be happier with my new N96! Outstanding site! I lost my phone last week and was shocked at how expensive my carrier was. No new contract= huge bucks. So i shopped around and found Cellswholesale.com. I recently purchased a cellphone from www.cellswholesale.com and i must say that i have never been happier with an online company.
Their website was incredibly easy to navigate, and it made buying my phone a breeze. The info for the phones is also very good, it answers pretty much any question you could have about the phone. If that isn't enough- they have a customer service full of helpful people who know lots about the phone. If they don't know an answer they will do their best to find the answer. (I know because i had a lot of specifics to ask about the speaker phone.) I ordered right there on the phone because i'm wary of entering my info online. I chose the free shipping which takes about seven business days, and sure enough I had my phone seven business days later. Highly recommended!

Bad service. Phone ships from HONG KONG not U.S.A. I ordered a phone 17 days ago and there has been delays here and there, still have not received phone, although they charged me the night of ordering. Online chat feature never works. Live support (call) doesn't work. Buyer beware.

Cellswholesale.com? More like cellsWILLsell.com. I couldn’t believe the competitive prices of the cells phones on Cellswholesale. I was just looking around, not planning on buying a phone, when I saw the Nokia N82. I was so enticed by the price that I bought it so I can replace my old Sony Ericsson S710a. Although I can still use the S710a, I wanted to replace it because it was time to get a phone with new features anyways. The check out process was painless because I used google checkout.

I ordered the 5-7 days shipping and it arrived on the 6th day so the order came on time. Everything in the package is in mint condition and I am happy to lay down my S710a and start using the N82. The camera on this phone will let me go out without bringing a digital camera along.

This is the worst online shopping experience of my life. I paid extra to have a cellphone overnighted to me. The company notified me a week later that the handset was out of stock. I tried calling their toll free number for 2 days and got the following message "Cellswholesale is currently receiving a high volume of calls please try again later".

This is the 3rd time that I have purchased from Cellswholesale. Every time, I have had a tremendous experience with them. First of all, they are very courteous, their prices are the best on the internet. and their website is top of the line. Their descriptions are in depth, reviews are genuine, and best of all they have multiple payment methods. The first two times I had paid via PayPal because I was weary of divulging my credit card information, but after the professional manner that they conduct business, and their clear terms of conditions, I decided to just pay with credit card.

6 Days later I get my brand new prada iPhone, and it works amazing. Their website was easy to navigate, sales agents are very helpful, and their prices are by far the best.

There is conflicting statements on the aboutus/info site of cellswholesale.com 7 day return yet on cnet and other services they say 14 day and the Better business Bureau have no information on this site and on Cnet there is no check mark as them being part of it yet they say they are and have a symbol of the BBS on the page the price may be low but verify.
