Most of the items I ordered for my daughter's baby shower arrived on time ( I paid for 3 day delivery), however for one of the items the quantity was insufficient. I called and was reassured that the complete order would be received prior to the shower ( I gave the date of shower- 06/28/2009) and to date has not been received. If it was not sufficient lead time I should have been made aware and would have chosen a refund.

I live at an APO address and there was things that could not be shipped here so instead of canceling the whole order or just sending everything except I got an email asking what I wanted to do since I could not get this one item which is very helpful if I meant for it to go with another thing that I bought, it also arrived before the sceduled time which is also SUPER!

A web search revealed this company with the product I wanted at a very reasonable price, especially compared to other vendors. I had even written to WALMART HQ to suggest they also carry this company's car flags and sell them at a realistic price to the public. As I told them, Walmart is Americas Supermarket and can help instill Pride in our country Without extreme Profiteering.

Ordering was easy, and the product was shipped promptly.  Unfortunately, it was the wrong size.  The website says "size small."  What I received was medium.  Their customer service rep said that what they meant was that the product tends to run small, not that I would receive the actual size small.  They refused to exchange the product because it was sale priced.  I even offered to exchange for a less expensive item and not get a refund, but they refused that also.  This company does not want repeat customers and does not stand behind their products.  Order with caution!

The description was off. I wanted weighted ducks that would not retain water. I received squeeky ducks wiht a hole in the bottom that retains water. I would have returned them if I had time but needed them for a fund raiser.
