Placed an order many weeks ago for bedding. It's now 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date. I cannot get through to the company by phone and my e-mails have gone unanswered. I know there has been terrible floods in their area and I assume that's the reason for the poor customer service. I'm hoping to either get a refund or the item soon.

Placed order 6/30/08 -- Haven't received order yet -- Tried via web after waiting 2 weeks & it had notice to contact them via phone, tried phone, couldn't get thru, tried again today 7/19/08 & recorder stated due to natural disaster to check their web site?????

My item was ordered on June 12th. To date July 2nd, I have not received it. I have called many times, the automated answering machine says, "due to an emergency your call can not be received" I have e-mailed, and have received no response. I have used the link to try and track my order and that does not work! I have no idea if and when the item is going to be delivered.

No problems at all, and the items were almost half of what I found on another site. The web site is well designed and easy to use, and confirmation emails etc were promptly sent. This was one of the best internet shopping experiences I've had, and I do almost all of my shopping via internet.

I am hoping my shopping experience will be a good one. I have not received my product as of 5/24/08. On question #4 the answer I gave was not for this shopping experience, but several months ago I had inquired about the product I just ordered and never got back a response after the initial email was answered.

I was told REPEATEDLY through e-mails that the product would be delivered at the end of May. Imagine my surprise when I received a call two weeks ago that they were at my house. I left work and was home in ten minutes. They were not happy about uncrating the chest, even though the instructions were very clear that I had to see the merchancise to pass approval or have it returned. I also offered them $20 to take the boxes with them, and they categorically refused SO I spent two hours the following evening cutting them up so I could put them in my trash.

Conflicting information received--was told the item was shipped and would recieve it April 11 but e-mailed about the no-show and the following week received new information. Expect a May delivery.

The instructions for the benches? assembly were incorrect. If the instruction diagrams were followed, there were parts missing. The benches are very nice & I am happy with them, however, assembling them was difficult!

There was a piece missing for a drawer. It was included on the manual (picture/and number). when we called they said it was not available.....SOooooo my husband will have to buy something and build a piece, so I can use the desk drawer. Not very happy about that!
