This was my first order with Checkout Software.com so I am always weary of ordering from unknown places.  I am happy to report that everything went great!  Their low price on the software I needed was the reason to place the order originially.  Once I did, the email process was wonderful. I got emails for order confirmation, payment processing and shipping notices.  The order was shipped out on time and received a few days later. I was able to track the order as it shipped to me.  It was received in perfect condition. It included packing list and invoice copy which I appreciated.  Many online vendors do not do this or they are hard to read. My concerns were eliminated by this experience.  So I will definitely consider Checkout Software.com for any future software needs!

Everything we purchased from Checkout Software.com's online store was exactly as described. I only wish this could have been downloaded rather than shipped. We were able to get the trial version of the software from Crystal Reports directly however and that filled in the gap during the shipping process. I'm not sure if there are normally manuals that come with the Crystal Reports software, but the guys in IT were wishing there was something there. So at this point we will have to find some books and manuals for it. They tell me that the help menus inside Crystal Reports are not really helpful at all. It may be that they want you to go pay for their 'online classes' which are not cheap. Either way, the software we bought was exactly what we wanted for about 100.00 less than normal price. We are very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to do it again.

I did not recieve anorder confirmation but when I contacted the Accounts department through the INSTANT MESSENGER, It was resolved. However the tracking link did not work. I paid for 2-day FedEx but it was sent USPS. The USPSv tracking number never found my package. But it did arrive on time. I was shocked. I was prepared to have to make a call, but gladly I didn't have to. I would like to say the gentleman that helped me though instant message, gave me excellent customer service. This is VERY important. in a world where good customer service is non-existent, this did not go unnoticed!

Fed ex lost the first package , so I requested another package overnighted(which was done) I also requested the package be left at the fed ex office so that i could go pick it up first thing I needed this program to do a project for school, This did not happen, i did not get the package til after 3pm. I was told fed ex had to make one atempt to deliever this package. If this is the case they shouldve overnighted and delievered by 10. I dont care about policy I only wanted my product that was late because Fedex or someone screwed up So that i couldve done my project before the holiday. Didnt happen needless to say I am totally unhappy with the service and it could be I may never order from you again due to FED EX problem.
