In Question #2, it refers to my SECOND order which as yet I haven't received I DID the receive the first stroller in EXCELLENT condition!!! The first stroller was on backorder and Chit Chat kept me up to date on the status!! I am very happy with the stroller and so I orderedd another as a gift. I DID note however that the scond order THE EXACT same stroller was quite a bit less costly. Thanks Rachell Gober

Wrote that this was a gift in comments, asked to be contacted if back ordered. When I went to track my item a week after I ordered it was back ordered despite "order today ships today" on the item listing page. Happily they hadn't charged my card yet and I was able to find the item at another online store before it was too late. I won't be shopping here again.

I initially received the wrong size wheely bee. I called and was told they would immediately ship me the correct size next day priority mail because I needed it for a birthday party and since we were traveling 200 miles away for the party, I asked them to ship it there. They did exactly as they said, but unfortunately it should have arrived on Saturday and being a holiday weekend did not arrive until Tuesday. It wasn't a huge problem, but it would have been nice to have seen my grandaughter open her present.
