finding the product was difficult and upon purchase, the fees to ship were higher than the competition. The starting price was comparable, but shipping is too expensive. Should my prior supplier have the product available the next time I need it, I would purchase it there.

Great experience.Can't beat the price of the ink...in a world where you get the printers for next to nothing, but get fleeced on the ink later, ClickInks.com is providing a great service.I check on ClickInks.com before I buy a printer to make sure I can get ink from them for that model, and not be stuck buying the manufacturer's overpriced offering. Absolutely horrible. 
1. The HP-compatible toner smeared all over the page.  It was completely unusable.
2. They refused to replace it.  They offered free shipping if I would buy another one!  When I asked for a supervisor, she said (in a nasty tone) "I AM a supervisor."
3. They refused to honor the "buy 2, get one free" offer.
4. The epson compatible ink cartridges yield about half as many pages as the original epson cartridges
5. After using Clickinks ink, my printer head stopped working.  Concidence?  I doubt it.

Really good cartridges for not being OEMs. We've had experiences with other reused/recycled cartridges, and these are great, just like new. And we are able to get 2 for the price we usually pay for one.
