The merchandise that I received was damaged on arrival. I informed the company the same day. I was given no response. I sent three more emails with no response. I even posted on the message board on the company website. No response given to any of my attempts. Finally I just returned the product demanding a refund, and they refused delivery from UPS. I have contacted them again since discovering this and have not gotten a reply (not that I am suprised at this point). The satisfaction guarantee and easy return policy that they advertise on the site is a fraud. I do not advise that anyone buy from this company in the event that there is a problem with your order. You will be stuck with it. I have made every attempt to resolve this issue with great patience, and have not gotten anywhere with their "customer service" department.

Great Store. They provide the latest designer collections from Europe. All is exclusively imported, most items are not even available in the US.

I ordered a computer book for my Brother last Monday evening and received a shipping notice with a tracking number the next morning. My book arrived a few days later. Great customer service and overall a great experience.
