Placed order on Sept. 1, 2007. They took the order and the credit card was charged. Ithas now been 12 days and repeated attempts to call the toll free number were unsuccessful. Finally called the company on their other number and talked to a person who said the items were on back order. Why charge me for something that has yet to be shipped and why not inform me by email that my items have been back ordered? Who knows when my items will arrive but meanwhile the company has my money for the items. At this point I don't know how I feel about this company or when or if I will ever recieve my items. They could have kept me satisfied with just an email to let me know what was going on with my order.

Very impressed with ordering from the Compression Store. They seem to have a better selection of Jobst products as far as size goes than some of the others I have ordered from offer on their products. Could not have asked for a company to have handled your order any quicker that the Compression Store did, plus they notified you of any action taken on your order as to being received, filled and shipped. Very good shopping experience. pw
