I placed an order for 3 things. The Advent Calendar came broken twice and the train did not work. Customer service was extremely helpful the first time I called, but I was amazed to learn that customer service had such limited hours, especially this time of year. I'll be calling them again tomorrow about more returns.

The shipping box was poor quality, only one layer of tape to hold it together and this had become detatched. The box of the "smart talking truck "is damaged as if it had been returned and reused. the advent calenders are very nice and arrived in good condition.

The on-line order does not clarify your delivery style - I had to call customer service to find if it was UPS or Post office so I knew which address to give you. Besides that, I have not found this product elsewhere and am VERY happy wiht it - it is exactly what I had in mind. Your other toys are too pricey for my child's age range (18 mos), but I'm impressed with your options for once he gets older.
