No response from customer service when product failed to ship when promised.

Still waiting! I received a confirmation within a day of placing my order saying the product would be shipping in a few days. When the website gave no indication that the order had indeed shipped on the day promised, I called the "800" phone number and left a message. I also emailed CosmeticMall.com. I have since called and emailed 2 more times each! No one has responded to my calls and email messages. I don't know if the product is in stock, if these people are for real, or if I gave my credit card to a scam artist. It's pathetic that a company cannot respond to customers, especially when their policy states that if you're not happy with your purchase just call us and we'll refund your money. Too bad there will be no one to answer the phone. Bad business practice, no customer service, no chance to keep me coming back.

I received my product a good bit before I expected it. Shipping was a bit high, considering it came in a padded envelope. I found this company through Amazon.com, where I was searching for the product because I had 2 certificates with them totalling 15.00. So, in actuality, I only paid the shipping making it a very good deal! Just now I did search Cosmeticmall.com, looking at some of the other products I know, mainly Clinique. They're prices are the same as the department stores and Clinique.com. Would I order from them again? Probably, if they had what I wanted at a competitive price.

Terrible

I emailed customer service on June 19th and asked if a product shown on the site as available was indeed in stock. They did email me back and told me yes, that I could order. So I did. A week later, they emailed me and told me the product was not in stock and would not be shipping my order. I will not want to shop here again. They advertise products on their site they do NOT have!!!

Excellent service! phoned and asked about a skincare product, they were very helpful. Product really matched what I needed. Shipping time was average, packing excellent. I would shop again love the site layout very classy.

This was a simple on-line search for a product; they had it; I ordered it. There was nothing complicated about it. I discovered that the shipper was quite local to me after receiving the goods, accounting for speedy delivery, but, not accounting for the relatively high cost of shipping.

The product I tried to order was not available to ship to the state I live in. I was not alerted to this fact until 2 weeks after I ordered the item, and then only was notified when I emailed to ask why I had not received my order. Poor communication.

I was pleased that they carried the products I was looking for; they aren't easily located in dept. stores. The prices were very reasonable. It didn't arrive too quickly, but not unreasonably late. I will definitely purchase again from CosmeticMall.com.
