The people I spoke with and the website were excellent.I was told the clock would come by courier so I expected it in a few days.I rang the firm and got a tracking #which I accessed several times but couldn't see any progress. It came in about 4 weeks. It arrived well packaged but one of the little branches was broken off in transit which I am going to glue back on. The German people at the firm were excellent it was mainly the carriers that gave me a problem. In fact I was about to call again to Germany when my Post Office told me the package was in. Thanks.

THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS SHIPPED BY CUCKOO CLOCK.COM ON THE 8TH JULY, 2008 AND TODAY 9TH AUGUST, 2008 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM. THE DELAY WAS NOT CAUSED BY THE SELLER BUT I PRESUME BY EITHER DHL OR UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE AND I AM STILL WAITING DELIVERY - THE DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT I WANTED IT TO BE A SURPRISE PRESENT BUT NOW THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE. NEVERTHELESS I AM MOST APPRECIATIVE OF THE ATTENTION MR.REINER DUFFNER SHOWED ME. REGARDS

Service was excellent. Small problem arose when the clock was taken into Australian quarantine for a month's holiday. I finally received the clock with two of the timber trims broken off, nothing that a little glue will not fix. (this was not the fault of Cuckooclocks.com) Otherwise I was very happy with the service I received and the clock is beautiful. Cheers.

Confirmation of my purchase order was very slow. There was no indication given as to how long it would take to arrive. The clock was a gift so I didnt get to inspect it upon delievery but subsiquently noticed that the cuckoo door doesnt properly close and the bird doesnt peek out far enough in my opinion.

The product, whilst looking acceptable does not work properly, however, due to the lack of quality in the vendor's processes, I feel it would not be worth the time or effort to complain about the product

service from them was excellent.Shipping service was terrible. It took 6 weeks to receive the clock. I attempted to track the clock and all I was ever able to get was that it was shipped on Dec 1 from Frankfort. 1 day before it arrived there was still no info on the track and confirm site. Cuckoo clocks.com answered all my e-mails promptly.

Currently the clock does not work correctly. The merchant promised to replace the incorrect weights, they shipped two instead of the three required. At this time the clock does sound correctly. We are currently waiting for the third correct weight to find out if that will correct the problem.
