DV Warehouse

Horrible service I bought a G4 cube from then and thought I was getting a deal. I unpacked the product and to my dismay the power button on the cover did not work. I called customer service and was assured that all products "rigorously go through evaluation". Kind of wondered how this slipped through then. To my credit I disassembled the entire unit’s chassis and enclosure, scoured Apple Knowledge Base much to no avail. I was told to send to item back insured and that the problem would be rectified. I received a call five days later stating that the unit "booted up like a champ". For my time he said that I would receive some complementary RAM. Still waiting, in addition their technical support (I believe his name is Sam) doesn't seem to grasp the specifics of the machines he deals with. He was unaware that the cube used a chimney and other specifics that one would hope a technician lecturing me on what I was doing wrong would have mastered. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.
