I ordered the dvd's on a Thursday night and paid for two day shippng but I didn't receive the package until one week later the following Thursday. I am satisfied with the product it just took a little long than I expected.

DeepDiscount.com is a great alternative to some of the other online e-tailers. They never charge shipping for standard shipping and some shipments are fast and some are not -- media mail is like that. I have been purchasing from DeepDiscount.com since they were only selling DVDS and have purchased CDs and even furniture as gifts for my family. I enjoy shopping at DeepDiscount.com -- they have good prices and even better sales.

The majority of the time, all the items ordered from DeepDiscount have arrival on or the time requested and I have received what I ordered. In the number of years I have been shopping at DeepDiscount, there have only been two incidents where I have either received the wrong item or defective item. The only problem I had was the DVD was a blu-ray and I don't have a blu-ray unit. The product didn't say blu-ray; however, it did state high def. Did not realize that high def meant blu-ray. I need to return the DVD at my expense because of this.

I was not informed my book request was not in stock prior to providing my credit card information. I tried replying to the email I recieved a week or so after my order stating the book was out of stock temoporarily to ask for a expected date of shipment. The email came back to me. I need the book by the beginning of Sept and think I should use a another merchant but now am afraid deep discount will charge my account and I will end up with two books.
