The only problem I had was the DVD was a blu-ray and I don't have a blu-ray unit. The product didn't say blu-ray; however, it did state high def. Did not realize that high def meant blu-ray. I need to return the DVD at my expense because of this.

I was not informed my book request was not in stock prior to providing my credit card information. I tried replying to the email I recieved a week or so after my order stating the book was out of stock temoporarily to ask for a expected date of shipment. The email came back to me. I need the book by the beginning of Sept and think I should use a another merchant but now am afraid deep discount will charge my account and I will end up with two books.
