The order was not ship one week after I placed the order. I called and someone told me it will be shipped the next day. An d i got it in two days. Considered that I am only 10 miles away from the company, I do expect the item to arrive a lot earlier. But the product is good.

The order arrived but the glucometer was not in the box. The lancets and the test strips were in the box. The shipping invoice showed all of the items were "shipped". When I called to inquire I was told that the meter was on an indefinite backorder. I was told that the cost of the meter would be credited back to my credit card, but that would take about a week. I then went out and bought the meter at the pharmacy down the street from where I live.

The price was better than I could find elsewhere so I saved some money. But the so-called sales person didn't know anything about the products they sell, I had to talk with them several times to get the credit card processed and to get the order straight, and I ended up paying more than expected because the web catalog information was incomplete and the item could not be delivered without ordering a required attachment for extra money that was not listed on the web site. So I rated the company as "fair" because I did receive what I wanted but it was rather irritating that the sales person was ignorant and not very helpful, and it took numerous phone calls over a period of about a week to get the order straight.

Delivery speed= Lady couldn't find my invoice, asked me if I were sure I ordered with them. I had to do several night including on-calls with either a borrowed stethoscope, or the disposable one from stock room at my hospital, which let's face it disabled me from hearing any anomalies.
order accuracy= Need I say more than the fact that they couldn't find my order, dodged my phone calls, passed me around from one person to the next.
Customer service= I think I could have gotten better service in a communist country, when I told her I could have bought the stethoscope at steels.com, or allheart.com for cheaper a good $30 bucks she was sarcastic, and unapologetic, stated just refuse order, after making me wait a good two weeks to receive it without a tracking number.
And overall satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't repeat the experience, sounds like an out of a basement operation. shame D-
