I checked several stores and found that the tennis bracelet I wanted would be at least 500.00 dollars. Then I checked Diamond.com and 395.00 dollars later Merry Christmas. I was very happy with a quick delivery , two days later. The bracelet was 1ct. diamonds with 14k gold. The bracelet arrived Fed-Ex. The box was a nice touch with a silver ribbon on a blue velvet box. I know my wife will love this present. I recommend Diamond.com on prompt delivery, and value. When I bought this item I checked through Dealnews.com and received a extra discount. Check before you buy to see if the item is listed on Dealnews its worth the extra time. Overall I was very happy with my purchase and the transaction. I ordered a Gucci watch from diamond.com. Hands down they are absolutely the best online jewelry store on the web. I researched many stores before I made the watch purchase for months.

The watch was shipped before the estimated delivery date. It was even more beautiful than the website picture. If you don't have the time and ability to research a jewelry store before you make a purchase,this is where you need to shop.

Ordered a "build your own" engagement ring over the phone. About two days later, get a call saying the diamond was taken from another order before it was secured for me, but they found a similar one. I decided to pick another diamond, they said it was in, built the ring, threw in overnight shipping for free and it looks awesome. The pictures of the engagement rings don't do it any justice from the website. The trillium side stones on this ring are beautiful next to the princess cut center diamond. Highly recommend, comes with GIA certs and all the other paperwork.

I custom ordered an engagement ring in April 2005 for a May engagement. The ring, mounting, stone and certificate were exactly as advertised. I got a beautiful .57 carat diamond in the 4 C's that I wanted for HUNDREDS less than I would have paid locally! Their selection was much larger than any local jeweler. If you know what you are looking for (by reading on line) you can pick exactly what you want without having to listen to sales persons. I made a telephone call to confirm the ship time so I had when needed. They were great to deal with and I was very impressed with diamond!
DO NOT BUY LOCALLY! They will never match the exact same diamond for the price - they can't with the overhead. Do a little research and buy it form Diamond.com!

I purchased a gift for my mother for the mother's day. Unfortunately there is additional cost to the purchase and I didn't know until the customer rep. emailed me. It took us a few days to sort out and then when the good arrived, it's already Monday. I live in Canada, I think it will be better if you can list out all the rates for Canadian purchaser (ie. jewellery rate is 6.5%, watch is 5% and then 10 other tax) on the website, we'll have a better idea before placing an order, because when we purchase, we want the good to arrive at a certain time.. Also when I received the watch, the watch was not placed well inside the box. When I opened the box, the watch almost jumped out! Fortunately, there is no damage to the watch, but I think whoever package the watch should make sure the watch is secure in place before shipping out. Overall exprience is good, I will consider buying again. I really want to purchase diamonds from your website, but the customer rep. told me that there may be hidden cost when ships to Canada and that scares me away. Maggie Au

I made a large purchase and they required some additional paperwork, which is fine, but I didn't know that until I completed my purchase online - I thought I was done and then found out that I had to fax a form, then I had to call my credit card company. The part that ticked me off is that after all that I received an email that said my purchase couldn't be completed til I called my credit card company - it was a timing issue, but why would you send that within a couple hours of purchase without checking with the credit card company? I immediately called the vendor and they said, "Oh, everything's ok". I never received email confirmation after that saying it was ok, and then had to hope that it was. Also, I spent $6K - you would think they could spring for next day shipping on the house, but instead, I had to wait for the package to arrive, which, although the timing was as indicated, seemed to get lost in the tracking on the shipper's website for a day or 2.
