Placed the order with digitalgiftstore after looking over and researching this product online at amazon and various other resellers. The order was placed at night March 2nd and was processed the following business day on Tuesday. Processing was very fast and received an email with the tracking information Wed, Mar 3, 2009 at 9:20AM!!! 
 
Overall, a very good company to do business with. I didn't find any need to contact them via phone as everything was done online, but I'm sure there phone support is just as good as there online ordering process. Thanks for the speedy transaction DigitalGiftStore!

After confirming a Xmas delivery by email on Dec 14, I ordered the item. UPS got the electronic info on Dec 20th, actual item shipped late on Dec 21st, actually delivery date Jan 2, 2008. Customer service is poor, phone contact is almost impossible, emails are just form letters with no real answers to the questions you ask. Returns require a 15% restocking fee and you pay the shipping both ways - I could not get an estimate of these costs even though I requested them in writing twice. They don't take any responsibility for this unreasonable delay in shipping. This is my first bad experience buying online. I would avoid this vendor - there are better choices.

That store is a joke or scam if you prefer. They sent me broken wall clock and when I asked them to give me money back in exchange of the box with broken glass that I got, they answered "since you are not seeking an exchange for your defective item our non defective return policy will have to apply." And more "In addition to this fee, a charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned missing or containing broken parts."

That means I have to send them item back and they will not credit transaction. I opened dispute with credit card and will file complains with BBB and FTC!

Read the small print of their terms of use very carefully.

It's not the typical policy that you can skip over and assume that DigitalGiftStore will take care of you.

You need to know what you are getting into before you buy from them.

I would never buy anything from them again or recommend them to anyone under any circumstances.

I received a very good product at an excellent price. It arrived in plenty of time and in perfect condition. I would definitely shop Digital-Gift-Store again. They personally email customers if back-ordered!!! Why can't the other retailers do that?

This was the worst on line shopping experience I have had. I ordered 4 strands of solar lights and what was sent was not what was ordered. This they acknowledged. It took 10 days for a return pickup to occur and it was in excess of 2 months before a credit was returned to my MC, and this was only after I disputed the charge to my MC company. Customer service was rude, contrary, never ending idiocy.

BEWARE! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! I had a HORRIBLE experience with these people. I ordered a 41" x 31.5" fireplace screen, and they sent me a 44" x 33" screen. I asked them to send a replacement and give me a return shipping authorization for their mistake. Not only did they refuse to send the correct item, they told me that I had to pay for return shipping myself, and that if I want the screen I ordered, it would cost an additional $45. My advice: stay as far away from DigitalGiftStore.com as you can.

The price for my chair was the best anywhere. It was delivered on time with no problems. It was a bit confusing at first as to how the tracking worked since the merchant arranged a shipment directly from their purchase warehouse. But that's why the price was so good I guess. Definitely recommended.

Very inflexible shipping policies - refused to ship to an address that is on file with the credit card company. I had to discover this policy by accident while waiting for the item to arrive -- not until I e-mailed asking for status was the policy disclosed to me. Made the same puirchase from another on-line vendor -- cheaper, faster, and more customer-friendly.

Pathetic customer Service! New watch did not run. Took 3 or 4 phone calls and 3 emails to get return authorization. Customer service for return was not verbal, had to be via emails. THEN 15% RESTOCKING FEE, that I did not know about. Did I miss this during my purchase???? Beware. Avoid this Merchant

Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again. Product was exactly what I ordered and delivered promptly. Shipping cost was a little high but the product price was so low it more than covered the difference. It was still cheaper than closest competitor.
