It was easy to order the part since we had the part number.  The price was half the retail at our local Sears dealership.  The order was processed and delivered to our mailbox in 2 shipping days.  It was ordered online on Sat. and delivered on Mon.  The website was user friendly and the item we received was the correct item we ordered.  Got e-mail confirmation immediately after we ordered an it was shipped same day with our tracking number and USPS tracking link.  Will definetly do business with this company again.

I ordered a replacement lamp (bulb) for our Sony 50" LCD television on 2/2/09.  It was shipped the next day by Fed Ex and I received an email letting me know it had shipped and providing me with the tracking number.  Super fast shipping and the best prices on the internet.  I would definite order from Discount Merchant again.

This store has the absolute best prices on everything!
I needed a lamp for my Mitsubishi HDTV since my old one burnt out, and I shopped around a dozen or more sites for the best prices and they had it.
Also their attention to offering top notch customer service is second to none.
Shipping prices are reasonable, the order was package well so it would not be damaged in transit and I recieved my order in only 2 days!

Great information about the lamp I need for my RCA HD LP TV.  Detailed instructions with pictures are wonderful.  Much cheaper to buy just the lamp vice the entire assembly.  Sells only original Phillips manufactured lamps - very important for the operation of the TV.  Excellent set-up for ordering with prompts for missing info.  Will write again when order is received. I ordered a bulb for my SamSung DLP tv... The bulb was flaky, sometimes worked and sometimes not...I called there customer service, and they sent be replace bulb asap, and it came with the bulb cage at not charge... There shipping was fast, and the customer services was excellent. Will order again for sure.

Just wanted to let you know Discount Merchant did a great job. My 65" Samsung DLP bulb went out Sunday, I ordered the part on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. Great service. I took less then 5 minutes to change it out, really simple process.
TV works great and price was 50 dollars less then the comp.

These guys ROCK. On Tuesday (2 PM CDT) our bulb exploded literally, on our Samsung DLP. After
researching where to order one, I found DiscountMerchant.Com site. We
received the bulb 2 days later (Thursday)and the
instructions you provided on fixmydlp.com were
perfect. We were able to follow the instructions and replace the bulb ourselves without an expensive TV repairman. We expected to be without the TV for a week
and it was fixed and working perfectly 2 days after it
broke. We knew this was going to happen since we
logged almost 10,000 hours on the original bulb. Now
we know where to order a backup to have on hand.

Discount-Merchant.com is an excellent company. I had ordered from a competitor only to find out they were back ordered. I called into Discount-Merchant.com to find out about my television and lamp, then later ordered online late in the afternoon.
