I like eastbay and shop there often.Shipping can be very slow when using the standard option my order took 12 days to get to me, the longest any Eastbay or Footlocker has ever been. The Fed X USPS tracking system is very poor compared to the UPS System, after paying 8.98$ I dont want to pay a extra 3 dollars to upgrade to UPS shipping,even though the money saved on running gear makes up for it.

Good selection and reasonable prices. A little slow in processing order. I realize Eastbay has no control over FedEx but it is rather frustrating when your tracking info shows your item sitting in a warehouse less than an hour from your home for over 2 days.

Being a military family stationed overseas, it has been difficult purchasing/locating our fav. styles of sport shoes.Also, many companies will not ship overseas or to APO/FPO. Eastbay has made shopping so easy and convenient for us. Items take about 4-5 days to arrive, which is fine. We have recommended Eastbay to all of our friends staitoned here and will order from Eastbay again!!

Relatively good. I was visiting the US from barbados and as such my credit card address is in Barbados. This caused some delays as each time I made a purchase online my details had to be verified by the processing department via phone call. Notwithstanding this the service received was prompt and professional.

Eastbay has consistently been a superior online merchant. They are easy to use. They have excellent inventory and accurate. Product always arrives on time, and in top condition. Have never had any issues with product, always received top quality, merchandise that has not been gone thru, previous return, or any issues. Shopping online does present the possiblity of sizing concerns, but so far, I have been satisfied over 95% of the time, and I believe I have made over a hundred purchases from them and only had to return one item due to sizing or a decision that it wasn't something that I wanted afterall. Not their fault.

I love to shop at Eastbay, because your online catalog is very vast and atractively designed! I am an european customer non US resident, so I have to pay higher cost in shipping and customs, but with your strong promotions and rebates that doesn't discourage me at all. Keep up the good work!
