I ordered a Toshiba Notebook. I got no phone calls requesting that I order additional products to qualify for the discount price as I have experienced from other companies. eComElectronics used E-Mail to confirm my order and immediately ship as they promised. Delivery was by UPS and received on the date promised. I wish that all stores were as easy to work with as this one was.

Paid for it, had it in my hands the next day! Only problem was the email with the tracking number must have got mixed up with mass emails must have been a glitch in the system. Fast overall transaction! Exactly what I ordered. Definitely recommend to anyone.

eComElectronics provided very fast service. My Laptop showed up 2 bussines days after the order was placed. The price was right and express delivery was a big plus! Only a minor issue was a 2nd Laptop showed up the next day. One quick phone call and an RMA was issued. My acct. was credited shortly after eComElectronics received the return and all is well. I would use them again and recommend them highly to friends even with the mistake they made.

The shipping is faster than I expected. The most I like is I got the confirm call for the order directly form it to verify that my order is correct and I realy placed the order myself not somebodyelse use my name or my credit card.

I have recently purchased a Apple Laptop through ecomElectronics and just have to say how happy I was with the whole experience.
At first I was uncomfortable with buying a product from a company I have never heard of. Roy was my sales person and he was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions, and was not pushy at all. I received my laptop even sooner that I expected, and got a great price on the laptop and the 3 year extended warranty. The prices were excellent and my order was processed and delivered relatively quickly. There was a slight problem with my shipping address in which your sales representative contacted me immediately and helped to resolve the issue right away. At the same time he asked if I needed any other items to complement my order. I didn't need anything else so I said no. They actually operate like a reputable business is supposed to. They could be truly awesome at what they do to make sure that their customers are satisfied from beginning to end with their shopping experience with very little extra effort.

I received an immediate email confirming my order. And then received another email stating when the purchase would arrive. I received the order on the exact day you stated it would arrive and am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I don't know about yet is if I will get my rebate as they promised. An update will be made if things don't go as promised but I see no reason why they wouldn't.

I've purchased from eComElectronics a couple times, and have yet to be disappointed. They don’t always have the lowest prices when you are not ordering Laptops or TV's – but shipping has been great, mostly free. I don't like everything about their web site but I must say – they have order processing down to a science.

The only aspect of my experience with this order that is less than positive is the amount of time it took to ship. eCom took 2 business days to process a straight-forward, ship to billing address order. Order to receipt was 6 days. Not horrible, but not what I get from the regular online stores I shop. Still the retail box was shipped inside a larger box. Good: did not use non-recyclable styrofoam peanuts; bad: the packing paper was barely sufficient to keep the internal box from being jostled around but then again what do I know... I'm not a shipper plus it came in great shape.

I received an Iomega HDD 160GB Pro USB from ecomelectronics with an unfortunate factory defect. I wanted to return it for a replacement. I filled out their RMA form, which couldn't have been easier, since they used all the information they already had, instead of me having to fill it all in. I got an immediate e-mail response. The next day I got an e-mail saying my replacement had been shipped, ALONG WITH A PRE POST PAID LABEL to return the defective item. I don't know how a company could do any better. Excellent service.

At this point in time I'm very disappointed with this company. They processed my payment on the 2nd of this month and then I received an e-mail on the 4th stating that it had been shipped via UPS. Each time I tried to "track" my order it says Billing Information Received. I called them and the first guy informed me that it was sent via FedEx. That information in the e-mail was wrong. I asked for the proper tracking number and he said I would receive it shortly. I called back the next 2 days and they keep telling me I should be receiving the information in an e-mail (they couldn't look it up). It has now been a week since they took my payment and there is no shipping information. I've tried to be patient but this is not worth the low price at this point.
I wanted to update the situation with the latest (03-10). I received an e-mail from their sales staff with the correct tracking information. The item didnt ship until the 6th and is expected to arrive the 11th. I'll update this post when I receive shipment. |

Service after the sale, (or even before, for that matter), is the best I've ever experienced. I did not have to wait for more than a minute or two for someone to come on the phone and they were the most courteous & helpful service/sales reps out there. More times than I can remember I have had nightmares service from many different types of companies I've dealt with. As an example of ecom's type of service, they upgraded my shipping to a faster service to be sure I'd get my Laptop on time and didn't charge me an extra fee. This even happened, without me calling to ask.

As the main buyer for an IT company, I have ordered on multiple occasions from eComElectronics and though they haven't always been flawless in their delivery, they have been absolutely flawless in fixing their mistakes. Mistakes are sometimes unavoidable - especially when dealing with so many customers - what's important is how well they recover. Their customer support is really quite impressive, especially when matched against even the largest of companies.

In addition to eComElectronics's reasonable prices (Although not usually rock-bottom, but you get what you pay for in the price versus service trade-off), eComElectronics has a superb return policy, and among the best customer service around. In a commodity-driven market, its the non-product extras (how likely are they to avoid a mistake, how quickly do they respond to their mistakes, how easy is it for customers to contact the seller, etc.) that make all the difference.
