I was a little worried through this transaction, but at the end of the day it all worked out perfectly. It's not well documented on their website but they don't accept Canadian VISA for some reason (I assume it costs them more... who knows). The only way to pay for the mixer I got was a WIRE TRANSFER from my bank, which costs me $35! Oh well, it was still much cheaper than buying this mixer in Canada. Once the transfer got through, it was shipped fairly fast. I had to call to make sure they didn't charge my credit card (the amount was subtracted from credit but not actually charged) but it may have been unnecessary. As I said, at the end of the day I got the mixer on time, there was free shipping to the hotel I was staying at, and I was charged the exact right amount (which was a bargain). If I lived in America I would buy from them all the time.
