Amazing processing! Placed the order on sunday late night, was processed on tuesday morning, the status was call our customer service dept...called them up, it was my fault I had given the wrong verification no. for my card and the payment was not going through. Provided them the correct one and it was processed in seconds. Was shipped the same day via fedex 2 business day (btw shipping was free for 7-9 business days shipping). Received the package in good condition thursday afternoon! Best out there A+

I just purchased a Entertainment Center from this company. I received confirmation of my order via e-mail on the same day I made the purchase. A day after initial purchase, I received an e-mail with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. A sales agent made a follow-up phone call and requested that I return his call, which I did. On the phone, the agent confirmed that the unit had been shipped. The following day I received my package. After carefully inspecting the box and finding no visible damage, I signed for the delivery. The unit was carefully packed. I unpacked the unit, and it was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this seller
