Everyday Medical is excellent at fulfilling orders quickly and keeping you informed of your order status. They had the product on my doorstep within 24 hrs of my purchase. I have no idea how they could do that, but they did. Their prices were also the lowest of everywhere I looked. They are amazing.

My Mother recently had a stroke, until this time I have never needed to purchase an item of this type. I found their website to be adequate but not really helpful to the new or inexperienced buyer. Although I found the item to be more than adequate for the needs of my Mother, I relied in other websites to be more informative, after researching the others I returned to their website for purchase for selection, price and free shipping. I would have enjoyed this site if there had been more informational advice for new users and buyers. I being uninformed and new to the products would have found that to be more helpful. My experience with ordering from EveryDay Medical was excellent, except when the item arrived from UPS, the package had been crushed and the item bent. I notified UPS and they notified EveryDay Medical through their supplier, Maddak, Inc., who had shipped the package originally. I have been told by phone that the damaged item would be picked up by UPS when they delivered the replacement in about 5 days. The replacement should arrive on or before July 14th.

I was able to locate a tracking ID number on their site but no link to the carrier (FedEx) appeared to be there. This didn't turn out to be a problem for me as the item was delivered the day after I was notified by email that it had shipped
