It was straight forward selecting the safe from the website. The website was useful, comprehensive, and simple. Some installation (bolting) instruction were on this website and not even on the safe manufacturere's website! The prices were very good. I would definitely use them again.

I had a small problem in receiving my order at the address stated and had to re-direct my address. I did however receive the package in good order. I had also spoken to the representative who told me that I would receive the order by a particular date and this was not so.

This has been a horrible experience for me. It would not open, and I had to make numerous phone calls in order to get a KEY mailed to me. AND, THE KEY DOES NOT OPEN THE SAFE!!!! I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM IT IS JUNK IN MY ESTIMATION AND I WILL RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.

Warning- Do not use this store. I ordered a gun cabinet from them in September of 2007. I used a gift card and my own credit card. When the safe came it was damaged. They offered $75.00 credit back to my card (great right, not really). They put the credit on the gift card that was now shredded. When we told them what happened and that it clearly showed on my order history they had put the credit on the gift card they told us to contact VISA to fix it. When VISA said they could not help us Everysafe.com told me it was not their problem, even though they acknowledged it was their mistake. After several phone calls back and forth, Everysafe.com stated they would only refund $40.00. Basically their mistake cost us almost half of the credit they said they would provide and a damaged safe. Obviously their customer service is about as poor as their integrity.
