I tried several times to call and receive help with shipping, which was offered during the purchasing process, but no one answered the calls and messages weren't returned until after we received the product, meaning, I received no help at all with shipping. Also, we measured my sons head as per the sizing chart, but the hat was still WAY to big. We now have to return the hat to the fanzz store in the mall to avoid paying more shipping.

Received an email 4 days ago that they were unable to ship our order. I placed the order on 6.13.09 and the system said said it would ship, no comments about not being in stock, etc. In the email it says to contact Fanzz.com via phone or email. I have done BOTH methods, twice for two consecutive days with no response from Fanzz. Such a poor excuse for customer service.

I love Fanzz.com. My husband is a huge "Sports Nut" so whenever Fathers Day or his birthday, Christmas, our anniversary, ect....rolls around, I already know the perfect place to shop for him. I already have an idea for soemthing else I would like to purchase from Fanzz.com in the near future. Thanks. You guys make my job a whole lot easier.

I loved the jersey i got and it was in great condition. The one thing i can complain about is no follow-up e-mail. I only received an e-mail about my purchase order. I was hoping i would receive an e-mail letting me know my order was shipped. I had to go back on FANZZ website to get more info. about my order and there was no link to check my tracking number. I would shop here again because the product was in good condition but they need to update their shipping process.

i recieved the jersey but it seemed like it was worn already. It had stains on the front and back. Also at one point 10 inches under the right arm hole the stiching was broke. I could actually put my finger through it. I will be returning it but my emails and calls have gone unreplied to.
Unexceptable! I expect that since its defective they will refund me the ups shipping price..But no reply from anyone..im going to take pictures of this and report this to the consumerist.rip off report by consumers and the bbb if it doesn't get resolved..

Ordered item, but was told not in stock when I called phone operator. Some kind of ordering glitch that I was even able to place the order at all. Operator helped me find a local store that had item in stock, even though I had directly called the location earlier and they said they didn't have it. I was disappointed that the merchant could find or didn't look for the item in their store.
