Attempted to purchase a faucet from this company. However, they did not have the faucet in stock, despite saying that it will "ship within 24 hours." They backordered my product and didn't tell me about it, and it took a 30 minute phone call a week later before they could figure it out. If I didn't call, they never would have even attempted to let me know, despite having taken my money. Their delay caused a delay in my renovation project as my granite guy was waiting for everything to show up. Please watch out for this company, they have poor inventory and communication procedures. Get ready for some long phone calls to sort out your order.

excellent service, sales associates know their stuff, website easy to figure out (you do have to print out the pages to get all the details), delivery fast. Bought Grohe products from them. Also bought from FaucetDirect. Both shipped out of Hagerstown MD. Even got an email from manager offering her assistance. Only problem, no deferred payment. Prices about the same as FaucetDirect but I could get 6 mos no interest with them

Avoid faucet.com at all costs. They are a terrible company and provide horrific customer service. I ordered several fixtures from them. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size for my project. I went to return these items (they were in perfect condition) and they refused to take them back. They also mentioned a 20% restocking fee. The customer service agent was particularly rude. I would not recommend faucet.com to my enemy. Additionally, I am redoing 2 more bathrooms. I will not be using faucet.com for these projects. Avoid faucet.com at all costs.

I found some beautiful faucets for our bathrooms and kitchen on Faucet.com after having been referred to it by a friend. They have a wide selection that offers much more than I could find locally. Free shipping is a plus. The site is easy to navigate and browse through. The faucets have only just been installed, so I don't have anything to say about longevity or long-term customer service, but otherwise the service has been fine. I returned a faucet because it was too large (aesthetically) for the sink it was intended and because 30 days had passed I had to pay the 20% restocking fee (even though I was buying another fixture from them to replace it with). They did promptly credit me for the return, though, and the process was easy.

DELIVERIES: Received everything I ordered with no problems, and every order has come to me within a week. I have recommended Faucet.com to several of my customers ... service, delivery speed, and order accuracy has been fantastic for every one of their orders. I purchased a Price Pfister pull-out spray faucet for my kitchen. I was amazed by the knowledge and experience of the customer service team when I phone in my order. After going to several "box stores", I was able to shop in the comfort of my own home, on my own time, and have the package delivered right to my door. My faucet arrived in a timely manner and I was quite pleased with the presentation.
Instructions were easy to follow and installation was quite simple. Faucet.com is a must!

Somehow Faucet.com forgot that sales motto.
Price was great, so I ordered a Grohe kitchen faucet from them. Had it installed during a kitchen remodel by a professional. 18 months later the faucet proved defective. No problem, it has a lifetime warranty. Faucet.com only has a one year warranty. The manufacturer, willing to honor the lifetime warranty, specifies you must deal with the distributor and they will make it good with the distributor. After three days of excuses and run-arounds by Faucet.com, I am still without a kitchen faucet. If you want service, buy arms-length from a local distributor.

Order arrived within a week and goods were in excellent condition.
Product breadth is good and so are the prices.
Online ordering process and site navigation were easy.
Never needed to use customer service, because they never gave me a reason to use them.

I ordered a Lasco brand tub from Faucet.com. It arrived very quickly. It was damaged upon arrival. Since then I have spent one month(~10 phone calls during this period) trying to get a replacement tub and getting the original one returned. I have yet to get any real response. They blame Lasco, I called Lasco, they blame Faucet.com. A very unsatisfying experience so far.

Make sure you get the order correct because it is impossible to fix. Their customer service is incompetent. It took them a month to issue the return service authorization and as compensation they offered to have UPS pick up the package. Three weeks later, it is still here. Do not bother to email them or leave voice mails because they are ignored. Also beware of the high shipping charges. Delivery speed is moderately slow.

Outstanding delivery speed (2 days) on a Kohler faucet that others advertised with a 3-week lead time.

Customer service was excellent. I had contact information (phone and email) for an individual at faucet.com who was very responsive to my inquiries.

Pricing was the best I could find on-line.

I received my order very quickly but I had ordered the wrong item number. All it took was a phone call and Faucet.com sent out the correct item and provided a return authorization for the original. The customer service is outstanding!! If you want great service and quality merchandise I strongly advice you to shop here.
