Placed the order 06/13/09 and received order confirmation that day by e-mail. That was it. Haven't heard anything more. Haven't received the item yet either after 3 weeks.

After placing the order for 3 weeks, the order is still in limbo. The credit card was charged immediately when the order was placed. No one ever answer the phone, and no response to email contacts either. Not sure if the merchant is still in business! Have filed Credit Charge Dispute with credit card company.

First of all, I received the yogurt maker 4 days from my date of order. That is AMAZING... but the yogurt maker came with a digital thermometer that did not work. I contacted the company, via email to request a new one. I received an email 3 days later saying that I would not have to pay for the replacement, but I have yet to receive the replacement thermometer. I would appreciate it if I did get a new one soon, as it would make my experience with both shopping through FinerKitchens and making yogurt more positive.

When shipping changed to fedex "ground" FROM CA....???
it took forever and virtually NO tracking possibility.
US POSTAL SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN FASTER, COAST TO COAST.
Fedex ground is ok for short distances but definitely NOT
COAST TO COAST.

The product was no where near what I expected. I feel that false advertisement was used when I read the reviews. The indoor Breville grill doesn't come close to having the food taste like an outdoor grill. And for the fact that I am not satisfied, your company doesn't allow returns.

Today is 21st December, I placed an internet order on the 25th November for the above item which is not expensive (only $4.50), however the vendor said that they sent me an email telling me that the delivery cost to my address in the UK, would be $49 and they were awaiting confirmation from me whether to proceed with the order. (I didn't receive this email). As I couldn't source the same item in the UK and was hoping to give the item to my daughter as a special gift for Christmas, I replied on the 11th of December telling them to proceed and that I would pay the delivery cost. Having looked on their tracking system this morning it still says "Pending Shipment". Even if the item is dispatched today it is now highly unlikely that I will receive it before Christmas. I'm not impressed.

I'm still waiting for the above item since late March. A phone call to them assured me the order was paid for,I've
received numerous ticket numbers from this Open Chute thing
I've yet to receive a tracking number from a courrier,my credit card was deducted the full amount March 15th last. Am on on another planet? The question begs an answer
