STAY AWAY FROM CSN!!I ORDERED AN ITEM THAT WAS 50 DOLLARS THE BILL ON MY VISAWAS $108.48 AFTER ALL THE FEES AND GARBAGE WERE ADDED

everything was excellent, except the free delivery process. The UPS delivery person does not go to different route where he can turn the truck to my house. I have to carry my mantle fire places from the main street, about 1 block away from my house. I recommended the CSN stores let their delivery department have the product delivery to their customer door, not at the corner where ever the UPS truck want to stop. Also the delivery person not polite and did not help me at all, I will complain to UPS.

Fireplace in stock when ordered 5 calls to verify, then backordered 2 months-terrible service. I had a contracter prepare an area of a house for this. Everytime I called they claimed it was in stock, and that often times I will get the item before tracking. Then nonchalantly told me it was backordered for 2 months. Dont shop here there are 3 competitors online to shop from besides them There suppliers number is 1 800 668 6663. They will give you your local reps number and you can order cheaper there

order was lost.... numerous phone follow ups with promises to call back.. but no one called back. Ordered March 1st, contractor scheduled for March 24th... ordered early enough so project could be finished within short time frame. Had to send contractor away with unfinished work.. he cannot return until early May. Hopefully stove will arrive before then.

The only complaint I have about this purchase is that the wrappings around the log carrier itself were very dirty. Since it was a gift, I had to remove them and repack the carrier. The carrier itself was okay.

I had no problems with my order. I do have a question about the cans of gel used with the fireplace. Why is there a smell when we burn the fuel? I thought the gel was supposed to be oderless.

I am happy with the look of the fireplace, however there were many scratches on the wood.There are some lava looking rocks that came in the package. we don't know what they are for and how to use them, as no instructions were included in the package for them. Can someone let us know what they are for and the proper use? Thank you, M. Henry

Quality of fireplace was fair/good -- but it was exactly as described and exactly as we expected it to be.
