I have ordered several times from Folica.com. In general, product selection and prompt service have been outstanding. On an order a while ago, a product arrived broken in transit. I was disappointed at that time with Folica's customer service as I had to mail the damaged merchandise back at my expense. Other than that experience, I have been very pleased with Folica.com and will continue to order from the site.

EVERY TIME I ORDER CERTAIN PRODUCTS AND IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE THEY ARE IN STOCK, ADDED TO MY CART AND I CHECK OUT, I THEN RECEIVE HALF MY ORDER AND THEY TELL ME THEN THE PRODUCT IS ON BACK ORDER AND I NEVER END UP GETTING IT. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.
